2007's Year End Survey has so far seen a video and a naked guy. We continue your sensory overload with a phone in response from St. Albans/Enosburg Falls stoner-blues rock trio Farm.
When originally approached about the project, Ben Maddox stated that multi-instrumentalist Joshua Givens didn't have a computer, but he offered to transcribe it for the post (dedication!). We decided to get rid of the middle man and have them lay it down as an mp3. Seems like an appropriate medium given the whole idea behind False 45th.
Farm put out an excellent long player this year entitled Gray Birds. The unreleased tune "bloodmobile" plays in the background of the survey. Also, I've been asked to point out that Jedd Kettler meant to say Upper Jay, not Albany, NY, in his response. I guess we've found the shortcoming of audio responses.
