Irving

Quick post.

extrawack! was guest blogging on spinachdipnyc yesterday and he left a link to a tune called "Situation" off Irving's new album Death In the Garden, Blood On the Flowers. It rocks and is immediately infectious. Fun song for a nice spring day.

Get it here.

Been hearing alot of buzz about these guys lately. "A trip back to the sixties" sticks in my mind with these guys.
Check out the snarky litlle video for "situation" at

Thanks. I forgot to mention the video. It looks pretty sharp for a indie label video. Amazon says the album is on Eenie Meanie Records but I've never heard of that label.

Oh yeah I almost forgot. Look in the band photo at the last bloke on the right. If I was on e of the other guys I'd be like "wtf mate?" He couldn't bothe rto get dressed up like the others and is hiding his face in shame.

k,

It's going to take a while to get used to that guy's voice and the atari noises. But I dig the piano fill in the middle.

Later this week should be good for lunch.

The guy on the right is the "dark artsy" one who shuns the pop sensiblities of the band's sound.

I don't know that. Just making shit up based upon the history of publicity photos.
