Hello folks. I'm the jds listed to the right under
contributors. A few weeks back Flatlander wrote up an explanation about why I'm here (
read). The short of it is that I've been writing the other central Vermont music blog with a geographic title that began in June 05,
Latitude 44.2 North. Soon after we individually embarked into this way of filling free (and work) time, the idea of a merger came quickly. Pooling our resources, we thought, would make a better site, decrease redundancy, and make us feel less bad if we weren't able to post every single day. So here we are: two contributors, a shortened web address (false45th.com, the blogspot is no longer necessary), and a bran spankin' new look. Let's hope we get at what we are aiming for. Either way, I'm glad to be here.
I love the Pacer ad. Is "The First Wide Small Car" the lamest copy material ever?
ReplyDeleteGlad to have you aboard.
cool!
ReplyDeleteI think AMC was thinking "width, now that's some uncharted territory. Width is going to be our angle." Well, AMC, there's a reason no one had used width as a selling point: short and fat isn't attractive. Just look at the models in the picture! If only they had Dom Deluise leaning on the hood.
