If you're looking for something to do with the kids this weekend, there will be horse drawn wagon rides through downtown from noon-3pm on Saturday. I think it'll also be running the following Saturday, Dec 22.The wagon picks people up in front of City Center near the corner of East State St. and Main St. The ride goes down Langdon St. to Elm St. to State St., down past the Capitol building and then back up State St.
We went last weekend and had fun until the winds picked up for the trip back up State St. Then we froze and it kind of sucked. However, if the wind is calm, it's fun to roll through town to the sound of the clip clops of the horses hoofs.
