With yesterday's nine inches of snow, Montpelier's flood watch continues. As you can see above, they've sandbagged the post office. Plus, a lot of merchants are moving inventory out of their basements.Someone sent me a link to another good graph for following the water level in the Winooski River. It's a lot easier to interpret than the one I posted last week.
